Rainbowed Black

I feel like I'm always fighting the urge to wear all black. Its simple, slimming and well... it mostly all matches. If my hair looked like this, would I even have to worry?

On top of fighting the urge to hide in all black, I have been trying to play up my hair more lately. By the end of the day it always looks like I haven't done a thing (beach babe sexy, maybe?) After finding this post I have very much been enjoying the tips from The Beauty Department. Is there anything that you do to keep your hair looking naturally put together all day? Do you switch from one hairstyle to the other?
