I was sitting at my new favorite cafe- cafe 504 in East Oakland, browsing through their collection of cookbooks when I came across a recipe for Gluten Free Berry Muffins.
First of all- Finding a GF baked good recipe is an accomplishment in itself. On top of finding it, it actually seemed like it contained real food (unlike some recipes that are just trying to make a GF thing look like a typical baked good)
Here is the dig for this post- the recipe has been altered, but i'm still trying to figure out how to credit (or not) the original creator. SO I will show you the beginning of the fabulous muffins and post the end result with the recipe.
By no means are these vegan, but they are cow milk free and gluten free.
